Canine Allies
Canine Allies is the name of our Oklahoman program at Cimarron Correctional Facility. We have 6 dogs in training and already sent one dog (Major) to a forever home with Ms. Wesson, who used to be the case manager over the Parole A Pet program when it first started. Lions Boys Ranch program
The Lions Boys Ranch program is progressing well. One of the young men came to the house parents and asked to become our next trainer. He will be training a young beagle named Dixie beginning next week. read more

another training program
Cimarron Correctional Facility has 200+ Puerto Rican offenders. They have come to us asking for another training program for these offenders. Most of them do not speak any English; however, we do have a translator. The past few weeks, we have been working on training methods with “people training” games. Training
Overall, training is going well. We are still trying to master the basics at this point. I want all of our handlers confident in teaching the basic AKC Canine Good Citizen skills before moving on to more advanced skills. I believe in setting up everyone for success. News about Laura Green
Laura Green is our case manager over the Canine Allies program. She is doing a wonderful job and has been contacting media for us! Several news stations and news papers are interested in doing a story about the Canine Allies program at Cimarron Correctional facility.
